Practical Facilities
At Kaplan College, we offer an air-conditioned facility with a library, career services center, student break room, and a private courtyard. Our building is equipped with six classrooms, three medical labs and five computer labs, three of which are Nova labs that feature special computer stations that are under the desks so you have an unobstructed view of the instructor.
All programs have a lab that features field-specific equipment so you can develop a practical, working knowledge of the materials used in your career field. You will also receive an introduction to the personal computer.
Computer Equipment
For the computer applications program, students will have the opportunity to work on PCs with local area networks, routers, switches, network printers, and servers.
Medical Equipment
For the medical assisting programs, students will be able to use autoclaves, centrifuges, exam tables, EKGs, and numerous other items found in a typical lab or doctor's office.
